Grassroot Foundation was founded in the year 2019 by Mr. P.K Tripathi who shared a common dream to contribute towards the society with a special focus on rural development, social protection, livelihood for the marginalized, and gender equality. They share a common dream that every child should have a chance to grow in a safe environment where the/ she can get ample opportunities to strive for a better future and that the underprivileged and marginalized populations get equal opportunities to live a quality life.

  • To undertake researches, training, and consultancy assignments for various government and non-government agencies.
  • To educate men, women and youth belonging to the disadvantaged sections of the society living in remote rural areas.
  • To provide economic security to the rural poor through micro insurance and group insurance projects.
  • To boost the agriculture sector by bringing new technologies within the reach of farmers for increased agriculture productivity with sustainable water use.
  • To generate community awareness and mobilize them through IEC activities.
  • To become a premiere institution providing knowledge based services (research, consulting & training) besides providing a platform for the sustainable and holistic development of the marginalized sectors of the society through country-wide community participation and partnership.
